Choose the station, not just the city
Large cities have multiple stations. Check both departure and arrival stations on the ticket and compare the full journey, including hotel transfers. Similar station names are not interchangeable.
Book with matching details
Use your name and travel-document details exactly as required by the booking service. If booking assistance is involved, agree on ticket class, agent fees and what happens when the preferred train is unavailable.
Plan the station experience
Bring the original document used for booking. Allow time for security, document checks and finding the correct departure area. Verify the operator’s current boarding guidance for your station and route.
Changes and cancellations
Read the rules attached to your ticket before paying. Availability and refund conditions depend on the journey and timing; do not treat a requested ticket as confirmed until you receive confirmation.
