Who operates this website

ChinaTourCraft is operated by CHINA TRAVEL NOW LTD, which is responsible for the inquiry information collected through this website.

Your trip inquiry

We collect the contact and travel information you submit: name, email, optional WhatsApp number, country, dates, party size, budget, interests and travel requirements. We use it to respond and prepare a proposed trip. Please do not submit passport numbers, payment-card details or sensitive medical information.

Sources and advertising

We attach the page from which you submitted your request and available campaign parameters to your inquiry. During your browser session, we remember your first and latest campaign source so we can understand which information brought you here. Campaign information is provided by browser URLs and is not independently verified.

Storage and service providers

Consultation records are stored using Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam. A short-lived hash of an IP address may be used to limit repeated requests. When email notifications are configured, your inquiry is sent to our designated inbox through our email provider. Our current email integration supports Resend. These providers may process information internationally.

Analytics and your preferences

We use Google Analytics to understand page visits, campaign sources and actions such as starting or submitting an inquiry. Analytics loads automatically when you visit and may use cookies to recognize your browser, unless you previously disabled it on this browser. You can stop future collection using the footer’s Analytics preferences button and choosing Disable analytics. Your choice is saved in this browser. We do not send inquiry contents, contact details or full URL query strings to Analytics. Advertising personalization and automatic form measurement are disabled. Google may process analytics information internationally. See Google’s privacy policy. WhatsApp opens only when you choose the relevant link and operates under its own privacy terms.

Retention and your choices

We retain consultation records for one year from submission. Our database automatically removes expired inquiries and their associated notification and follow-up records. This policy also applies to consultation copies in our notification inbox, which are managed separately. Provider backups and logs expire under the provider's own retention schedules.

To request access to, correction of or deletion of your inquiry, contact us at the email address below. Records for a confirmed booking are handled separately under the terms and privacy information provided when booking.
