What is the personal China travel concierge?

A real person who knows China, on WhatsApp. You can ask about anything on your trip: payments, phone data, trains, tickets, hotels, food, prices or a problem on the day. It costs $9 a day for your group, before you fly and every day you are in China.

How are the days counted?

You pay only for the days you are in China, with no minimum stay. Questions before your trip are included from the day you sign up. A 10-day trip costs $90 for your whole group of up to 4 people.

What is included, and what costs extra?

We tell you how: answers, advice, route checks and changes, step-by-step help with payments, eSIM, trains and tickets, suggestions and short translations are all included. We do it for you: airport pickups, drivers, guides, tickets, hotels, SIM cards and written custom itineraries are add-ons, each quoted before you decide.

How fast do you reply?

From 8:00 to 23:00 China time we usually reply within 15 minutes. Overnight, urgent messages are answered within 1 hour. The concierge is not an emergency service: in an emergency call 110 or 120 first.

Can I ask something before I pay?

Yes. Ask your first question free on WhatsApp. If you already have an itinerary, we also check it free and tell you its three biggest problems.

Is this a tour?

No. We don’t run group tours or sell package tours. You travel your own way, and add a guide, a driver or tickets only if you want them.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You get a full refund if you cancel before your first day in China. If your trip is cut short, the days that have not started yet are refunded.
