Per person or per group?
Hotels may be priced per room, tickets per passenger and private vehicles per group. Divide shared costs by the actual number of travelers and check whether children count toward vehicle capacity or ticket charges.
A simple budget worksheet
Daily trip cost = hotel cost per traveler + meals + local travel + activities. Add intercity journeys and one-off costs afterwards. Keep the currency and exchange-rate date consistent when comparing quotes.
Compare itemized proposals
Ask whether breakfasts, attraction admissions, station transfers, service charges and optional activities are included. Planning is free; a quote for bookable services requires your actual dates and preferences.
